A focus this year at WGS is maintaining our academic excellence and continuing to provide an enriched learning journey from the Early Years all the way through to UKS2. Helping us to identify our strengths and how we can continue to evolve our curriculum with further enrichment, we engaged our Year 6 children to map this from their perspective. Our school motto is ‘We Guide Success’ – WGS – and this ethos highlights the importance of preparing pupils for real life and other skills. The pupils identified an array of experiences and opportunities that provide extended learning opportunities that take a more expansive or in-depth approach and study a topic from a different perspective, or connect the subject to a more meaningful or rewarding facet of the real world. Take a look at their river maps and their tweets!

Excellence in ISI 2025

We are thrilled to share that Weston Green School has received an exceptional report from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Recognised for our strong culture of ambition, curiosity, and kindness, we are especially proud to have been awarded a Significant Strength, a distinction given to fewer than 1 in 10 schools.

The report highlights our high-quality academic curriculum, nurturing pastoral care, and inspiring learning environment, where every child is valued and supported to thrive.
