ISA Hockey win

Posted: 17th November 2022

Weston Green competed in the U11 Girls ISA national hockey finals at the Lee Valley Olympic Hockey stadium. Our girls competed against schools from all over the country. The majority of our team were year 5 pupils and so for them this was their first oppurtunity of hockey at this level. It was a fairly tough morning against some excellent schools, but the girls kept their heads and supported each other. In the afternoon they played in the “Trophy” competition. They improved so much with each match, and ended up as bronze medalists in the Trophy competition. A fantastic day of for all.
