Sports Successes

Posted: 8th February 2023

What a half term of sport we have had at Weston Green in these busy 6 weeks.

Every child in KS2 has represented the school with pride and passion. We have had friendly fixtures against numerous local schools. We have hosted our own yr2 football festival. We have also hosted a very successful Bellevue Girls hockey festival @OldCranleighansHockey. Finally we have competed in 2 ISA competitions. Our U11 girls netball team played courageously in the ISA london south regional netball tournament, only to lose out in the quarter finals to the eventual finalists. Toping of the half term, our U11 Boys Hockey team won the ISA national Plate competition at the Lee Valley Olymmpic Hockey stadium.

Well done to all our students who have represented the school, we are immensely proud of you all.

Excellence in ISI 2025

We are thrilled to share that Weston Green School has received an exceptional report from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Recognised for our strong culture of ambition, curiosity, and kindness, we are especially proud to have been awarded a Significant Strength, a distinction given to fewer than 1 in 10 schools.

The report highlights our high-quality academic curriculum, nurturing pastoral care, and inspiring learning environment, where every child is valued and supported to thrive.
