Junior Citizen – Year 6

Posted: 9th June 2023

Year 6 took part in Junior Citizen this week.  Junior Citizen is a multi-agency safety event aimed at Year 6 children and designed to provide them with life skills that will enable them to keep themselves and others safe.

It is generally accepted that children start to become more independent at this age and are often expected to cope increasingly on their own and deal with changes in their lives, such as a move to secondary school.

The aim of the Junior Citizen event is to raise each participant’s awareness of threats and dangers, in a fun and interactive way.

Excellence in ISI 2025

We are thrilled to share that Weston Green School has received an exceptional report from the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Recognised for our strong culture of ambition, curiosity, and kindness, we are especially proud to have been awarded a Significant Strength, a distinction given to fewer than 1 in 10 schools.

The report highlights our high-quality academic curriculum, nurturing pastoral care, and inspiring learning environment, where every child is valued and supported to thrive.
